Prices displayed on our website do not include international taxes or customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

If the size you selected is not suitable, you may return the item for complimentary size alterations within 14 days of receipt. Size exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund in accordance with this policy. If you prefer not to proceed with alterations or an exchange, you may request a refund or opt for store credit, subject to the conditions below.
